This is a visual property-check and coordination service. It does not replace qualified surveys, security services or licensed trades.
Is this a building survey?
No. Visits are visual checks against an agreed list. Structural, electrical, plumbing and specialist assessments require appropriately qualified professionals.
Can you arrange repairs?
We can notify you of visible concerns and coordinate access for a contractor you approve. Repair work is quoted and completed separately by the relevant tradesperson.
Will checks satisfy my insurance policy?
Policy conditions differ. Obtain the exact requirements from your insurer and we can confirm whether the requested visit frequency and checklist can be provided.
How are keys handled?
Access arrangements are agreed individually. Keys are coded rather than labelled with the property address, and each use is recorded.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. One-off and scheduled arrangements are available, with the scope and price confirmed before visits begin.
