Is this a building survey or security service?
No. Visits are visual checks against an agreed list. Mayo Property Care is not a building survey, security service, insurance inspection or trade inspection. Any specialist concern should be reviewed by a qualified professional.
Can you arrange access for trades?
Yes. Access or attendance for approved tradespeople, surveyors or other agreed visitors can be quoted before the appointment.
Can cleaning be included?
Yes. Regular cleans and pre-arrival cleans can be included by arrangement and quoted separately based on property size, condition and timing.
How are keys handled?
Access is agreed individually before visits begin. Keys are coded rather than labelled with the property address, and every use is recorded.
